Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F)
You will own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle: from defining hiring needs to closing offers.
Founded in 2017, ThrustMe is a pioneering space technology company specializing in advanced propulsion systems for small satellites. We are global experts in satellite propulsion, pushing the boundaries of streamlined in-orbit mobility for the rapidly expanding satellite constellation industry. Our clients across the US, Europe, and Asia trust us to design and deliver high-performance, precision-engineered propulsion systems that push technological boundaries while meeting demanding timelines and budgets. We made history in 2019 and 2020 with the world’s first in-orbit demonstrations of iodine-fueled electric propulsion systems. Today, we are experiencing rapid growth, with over 300 systems ordered to date.
We are building high-performing teams as we scale, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment activity and help us attract the right talent at every stage of growth.
As a key member of our People team, you will own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle: from defining hiring needs to closing offers and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
In this role, your responsibilities are hands-on, diverse, and high-impact: you recruit for a wide range of roles, including reasearchers, engineers and tehcnicians in a fast-growing environment. Reporting to the HR manager, you will contribute to shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent in a competitive market and highly technical environment.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build scorecards, and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and strong employer branding throughout the process
• Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, trial period pass-rates etc...) to continuously improve performance
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and hiring events
• Possibility to participate to HR projects
Your profile:
• At least 2 years (including apprenticeship) of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, technical, or industrial environment
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge and influence hiring decisions
• A structured, data-driven approach to recruitment
• Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a scaling organization
