We are global experts in satellite propulsion, pushing the boundaries of streamlined in-orbit mobility for the rapidly expanding satellite constellation industry. As Head of Growth Operations, you will play a critical role in enabling ThrustMe’s next phase of industrial growth. Embedded within the Operations team and working closely with Production, Innovation, and Corporate functions, you will ensure that the company’s infrastructure, IT systems, and operational environments scale efficiently with our ambitions.

You will oversee key operational domains including IT and cybersecurity, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and infrastructure expansion. This role requires a highly structured and proactive leader capable of coordinating external partners, anticipating operational needs, and building robust systems and environments that support a fast-growing industrial company.

Key responsibilities:

Expansion & Infrastructure

• Own expansion planning by anticipating facility and infrastructure needs in close collaboration with Production and Innovation teams.

• Lead site search, facility fit-out, and construction or refurbishment projects, managing external partners, timelines, and budgets.

• Ensure infrastructure scalability by designing operational environments that support long-term industrial growth.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Coordinate the external HSE partner to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation across all operations.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks, driving preventive and corrective action plans.

• Foster a strong safety culture by implementing clear processes, documentation, and accountability mechanisms across teams.

IT & Cybersecurity

• Lead and oversee the external IT provider, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and cost control.

• Define and enforce cybersecurity standards, including access management, data protection, backup strategies, and incident response protocols.

• Build and maintain the company IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth, operational needs, and industrial scaling.

Skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, infrastructure development, or industrial project management in a high-tech, industrial, or manufacturing environment.

• Experience managing external vendors or service providers (IT, infrastructure, HSE, etc.).

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in written and spoken English and French.

The successful candidate should be a structured and proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You combine operational rigor with strategic thinking and are comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Experience in industrial scaling, facility expansion, or high-growth technology companies is a strong advantage.
